By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (Google Slides Add-on)<\/a>. If you use the Add-on on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Add-on uses artificial intelligence to create presentations in Google Slides\u2122 from a topic, text or a file you provide. We may add, change or remove features at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Add-on. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Add-on only with the consent of a parent or guardian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You sign in to the Add-on with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Contact us at support@twistly.ai<\/a> if you believe your account has been used without your permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Add-on works inside Google Slides\u2122. Your use of Google Slides\u2122 and Google Workspace\u2122 is also subject to Google’s own terms. Google is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Add-on. Google Slides\u2122 and Google Workspace\u2122 are trademarks of Google LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can start using the Add-on for free, within the limits we set from time to time. Additional use requires a paid subscription. Current plans, prices and limits are listed at twistly.ai\/pricing<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time at twistly.ai\/manage-subscription<\/a> or by emailing support@twistly.ai<\/a>. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We may change our prices. If a price change affects your subscription, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing support@twistly.ai<\/a>. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method, in the original currency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n AI credits that you have already used are not refundable. After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable, except where the Service was not provided or where applicable law requires otherwise. We are not responsible for differences caused by currency exchange rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you cannot access the Add-on after purchase, please tell us within 7 days so we can fix the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. We may dispute chargebacks that we believe are unjustified. You may use templates provided by Twistly only within presentations you create with the Add-on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Add-on relies on third-party services, including Google Workspace\u2122, cloud hosting providers and AI model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these third parties. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Twistly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC or OpenAI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our Privacy Policy (Google Slides Add-on)<\/a> explains how we collect, use and protect your data, including data we receive from Google APIs. We do not use your Google data to train AI models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it and revoking its access at myaccount.google.com\/permissions<\/a>. Uninstalling does not cancel a paid subscription; cancel it as described above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Add-on. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
